About Daniel

Originally from the great state of Ohio, Daniel served in the Signal Corps in the United States Army in Europe and then was reassigned to the United States to complete his term of service. Daniel served as a mechanical operational leader for a major rail transportation company for twenty years before making a transition into real estate in 2018. Daniel has been an active real estate investor for over twenty-five years and is very knowledgeable in all of the building trades. Daniel has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University in Tiffin Ohio and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. His education, coupled with his knowledge, skills and experience has provided him with valuable insight. This unique skill set is used on a daily basis in the negotiations and education of both commercial and residential buyers and sellers as well as effectively marketing the team’s listings and services. While working in Atlanta real estate, Daniel has earned the respect of his colleagues and clients that often describe him as action and deal oriented. Daniel has made a high-level commitment to his real estate education and has been coached and mentored by some of the most highly acclaimed real estate professionals in the Atlanta market. Daniel and his wife Kristin have resided and raised their three youngest children in West Cobb for over ten years. Collectively they have five children and one grandchild. Two of their children work in the real estate industry in Augusta, Georgia, two attend the University of Georgia and one attends Georgia State University. They enjoy their church, traveling and spending time at the beach and the mountains with their growing family. They also enjoy house flipping, cooking, playing musical instruments, landscaping, and home repair projects.
